As an expression of respect for Stephen E. "Steve" Pugh, the flags of the United States and the State of Louisiana shall be flown at half-staff over the State Capitol from sunrise until sunset on Monday, September 13, 2021.

This Order is effective upon signature and shall remain in effect until sunset, Monday, September 13, 2021.
