This is the day of interment for former Secretary of Agriculture, former State Senator, and former Delegate Lewis R. Riley, who passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. Lewis R. Riley was Maryland’s Secretary of Agriculture from 1994-1997 and 2003-2007, State Senator from 1987-1992, and State Delegate from 1979-1987.
