Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Sunday, December 6, 2020, in honor of Judge G. Ross Anderson, Jr., Senior United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina, and in recognition of his extraordinary legacy and lifetime of distinguished service to the State of South Carolina and the United States of America.
