In honor of Manchester Mayor Lonnie J. Norman, flags over the Tennessee State Capitol will be lowered to half-staff Sunday, October 19, 2020.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Norman family. Mayor Norman was a great Tennessean who served his community for 29 years.
