These parts work with our telescoping flagpoles. For Uncommon poles only - NOT FOR Sunsetter or Top Flight or Elite. Please contact us for parts needed for a 25 ft pole (Uncommon brand only).     I ordered replacement plastic parts for our telescoping flagpole that had disintegrated after 10+ years of outdoor exposure.     Replacement Harness

    I recently ordered a harness to secure the top of my flag after the original one broke. From the beginning of the order process to the end the experience was outstanding. I received the part in just a matter of days and when I had trouble putting the new harness on the pole all I had to do was call your company and the gentleman I talked with helped me through what I needed to do.     It's easy to see what parts you need to order to replace; however, how to take the flag pole apart to put on the replacements was slightly more challenging than I had thought. I even googled and neither site explained very well. Having written direction would be nice.
