Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

I immediately noticed the quality double stitching of my new American Flag. Here in the high desert winds of the southwest......we need that!!
I've purchased this flag before, so I have high hopes for the new one turning out to last quite a while. The last one (exact type) lasted 3 years on the pole, the colors are slightly faded but still quite acceptable. It was outside ALL THE TIME except when winds were predicted to be 60 MPH or more. Finally, I noticed the fly was getting slightly frayed on the top. I'm going to have it repaired and save it for "just in case", but I'm confident I'll get at least 3 years out of the new one. If you but this flag, you've made a sound choice!
Better price and better quality than the last 4 x 6' flag that I ordered from a different company.
