Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
They say it would hold up. I've had this a month now. So far, good!
very good job. Thanks
The quality is the best I have seen!
I am pleased with the purchase.
Just replaced my nylon flag, careworn with lots of use, and really happy with the quality, value, delivery time, and pride in workmanship. Thanks.
Well made flat…my last one just like this one lasted two years before showing fraying. Pleased with the quality.
This is the 2nd time we've bought this flag. It was a little tattered on a couple of corners but not much. We replaced it because it was faded. They are much stronger than any previous flags we have purchased. We get a lot of wind in the winter and spring but we try to bring it in when the wind gets really bad. Will continue to buy your products.
