Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

This is a high quality flag using thick material and robust stitching throughout, as well as m hand sewn stars. Before hanging this flag, it held up nicely to ironing without shrinking around the star stitching or going “bacon” on me around the edges. Lastly, the colors are very vibrant and the canvas ribbon holding the grommets is thick and durable.
Very strong for our windy area
Previous to this flag we purchased one that did not last. The company (not flags express) sent a replacement that was no better. Lasted about 2 months before it was falling apart. We ordered another flag from another company and so far, it’s been 4 months and it’s still back ordered. I ordered a flag from flags express and not only is it reinforced for the wind (one I picked out after my previous experience) it’s flying proud and I have full confidence it will last longer than 2 months not to mention it arrived quickly! 12 reinforced stitch lines at the end of the flag, weathered a hail storm with no problem, and the wrinkles are gone. Happy camper....

Very nice flag. Priced well. Used them our 9-11 tribute. There was an ordering/ shipping foul up but company paid for overnight shipping so they would be here in time.
