Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
They were able to get my special request and changes done then shipped the flag over night so that I could have it for an event. They went WAY beyond, and I appreciate them for it.
The stitching is the best we have seen and we buy nothing USA made in the USA. whenever possible. The flag is now flying proudly and very good looking.
I love my new flag. It is made in America and very well-made.
This flag is on a second floor and so far has done well with the winds we've had. Well-made and sturdy.
We have winds here. Our last flag from you lasted forever, but finally time
My flag flies 24/7, 365 days a year, that's why I always buy from American.
I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and knowledge shown by the lady I spoke with, and the delivery time was quite rapid!
This is my first purchase from you. I've been buying and replacing American flags my whole adult life. They all fade quickly and fray at the free end. This one appears to be more stout and well-sown, so I am hoping it will last a while. So far, very happy.
