Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

No issues. A strong tuff flag! Lots of extra stitching on the end to prevent fraying.

    Great Flags so far

Posted by Brian on Sep 27, 2018

We have had the flag up for 10 days and it has been doing great in the high winds we have in the desert. Our previous flags started tearing within the a week (not purchased through here). Hopefully the flag will continue through our windy season with no issues.

We love your flag and get compliments on it. We live in high wind and sun 365 days. So once a year I have to replace the flag because it is fading other wise it holds up to the wind find.

Better than any other flag we have purchased. Just got it so four stars until we get some strong winds and see how it stands up to Texas weather.

They are obviously much better flags than the ones commonly available in stores. With the additional stitching across the bottom few inches, the flag didn't split into strips. I did get a couple extra months out of the last flag. The extra stitching helped as well as the fact we didn't have much rain in the past year.
