Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    Great flag

We purchased the extreme Poly-Max reinforced US flag. These last a long time, even though we fly ours 24/7. And, made in the USA.

    Strong flag

Posted by Regina Griffin on Aug 11, 2015

I live out in the country in Texas. The wind tears up everything. A flag that can last, with out shredding, for more than a year being up 24/7 speaks to the quality of the flag. Reasonable price for this flag.

    Poly- max American Flag

The service was great, shipping in a timely manner, as ordered. At a glance, it is well constructed, double seamed, heavy fabric. Time will tell as to durablity. We are in a marina, so very windy. We'll check back in a few months down the road and post an update!

This is a very durable flag. Mine is flown 24 hours a day and last eight months in the dry desert weather.
