Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    Beautiful Flag

Posted by Dave on Jul 16, 2023

I’ve only had the flag a couple weeks, but as soon as I opened the package I could tell it was a much better flag than those I’ve purchased elsewhere. The extra stitching at the edges and end of the flag is the best I’ve ever seen. I’m also thankful I could find a US flag actually made in the USA!! We live in a windy area and this flag looks like it’s up to the task. Very happy with my purchase.

    Reinforced flag

This high wind reinforced flag is the best I have used in our area. We are lucky if the wind is less than 20mph.

    High wind flag

Posted by Daniel Taylor on Jul 08, 2023

Our home home town gets wind between 30 to 40 mph consistently gust up to 80. The high wind re-enfoced flag has handled these winds better than any others we have had.

    Great Flag

Posted by Bill Helm on Jul 08, 2023

The only reason I replaced the previous Poly max wind reenforced flag was because after 7 months of 24 hour a day flying it was too faded for the 4th of July. It withstood the constant Idaho wind with absolutely no fraying.

    So Far So Good

Posted by Jeff W. on Jun 30, 2023

I have two of these flags mounted on my Pick-up truck. I've been driving around for one week now, to include highway speeds up to 70mph and so far so good. No noticeable fraying as of yet.

    Long lasting

Posted by Willard Day on Jun 27, 2023

I have tried many other flags over the last 20 years, but this one last the longest. I use a 5x8 on a 20' pole directly on the beach in St. Augustine Florida. This flag hold up to the extreme wind and constant salt air better than any other flag i have used.
