Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    POLY-MAX AMERICAN FLAG (EXTREME WINDS)

Posted by DAVID ADAMS on Apr 11, 2023

This flag is made of very high-quality materials and is made to last. This is the second one I've bought since living where I do now, before this I had to buy flags every 6 months due to the high winds where I live.

    Quality

2 days after I put this flag up we had winds from 60-80mph. There isn’t a rip or anything on it. Compared to other flags we have purchased this is an amazing product and I will definitely buy another when the time comes.

Am pleased to say that this is a really well made product

Posted by SUSAN J BENNETT on Apr 04, 2023

Am pleased to say that this is a really well made product/ I've ordered flags from other companies and this one seems to be of very good quality and well made. Especially appreciate it's being American Made! I live in a very windy climate near the coast wo will see how well it holds up. Think I might have ordered a smaller one but this one looks beautiful stretched out in the wind!
