Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

I was buying 6x10 flags off of Amazon. They would last 1-3 months. The Extreme Flag lasted almost a year. I save money buying this one!

Bought flag 2 yr ago. It stays out 24/7 in all conditions and it held up very well. Just replaced it. Company very easy to deal with, great customer service, answered all my questions, very good website, prompt delivery. Have used in the past and will continue to use

    Great 3x5 American Flag

Posted by Jeffrey Sutain on Feb 17, 2023

I am writing this review as I have just retired my Poly-Max American Flag after a few days shy of 11 months, and after flying it 24/7 in my home State of South Florida and because we live by the shore it is always really windy and rainy, to me this is outstanding, so I will be buying another flag from this company again soon

Very nice. Last a long time. I bought a cheaper one somewhere else and it didn’t last nearly as long

    Repeat customer

This flag stands up to the constant winds in Kansas just fine. It looks good and the construction is outstanding. The shipping from Flags Express is second to none as well. I'll be back in 5 years when I need another American flag.
