Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
As of this date the flag has been excellent.
High quality, A-1Sales & Service
We have straight line winds of speeds up to 60 mph. The flags we have purchased from others in the past would only last a month if lucky. The extreme wind flag has been flying now for almost 2 months and looks like it just came out of the bag.
Great looking flag and fast delivery thanks
The quality is above everyone else's. I live in a high-wind area and will not buy from anyone else.
I have reordered the same flag I have used for over the past year. It's the first time I've had a flag that is up 24/7 to last more than a calendar year.
these flags hold up to high winds which we have alot of I am impressed
Excellent flag- This is not my first one. The first one has held up to freezing rain with high wind and bout of gusts from 40 to 60 mph for several years but the recent 55 to 60 mph have begun to shred the edge. This will not be my last flag that I buy but it is the next in succession. Very happy with the flag!
So far the flag is doing good. It’s too new to know if the material and color will hold up to the Central West Florida coast UV and wind.
