Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

Great choices and information Prompt delivery !!! Quality products
Where I live the winds are very strong and constant. Had the flag for approximately a month and so far is holding up well. Time will tell.
Excellent Product, durable and worth every cent.
Quality is really good, looking forward to seeing how it does this next year.
Win I first held your flag I was impressed by its craftsmanship. The other flags I bought in the pass started out looking nice but bleached out quickly after they were flown past a couple of months let alone all of them started to separate along the stripes. I like the reinforcing with additional stitching on the trailing edge of the flag. I can’t wait to see how it does on the long haul.
Excellent quality and would highly recommend this product
Great flag - I live in Florida so it still fads but the wind dose not sheer the ends
The best made flag that I have had. Only retired it due to the fading of the color after 1.5 years of flying. Reinforced stitching showed no signs of separation. Conditions were high wind and intense direct sunlight (avg temp in summer is 110 degrees).
