Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

Our previous purchase lasted almost a full year in an area with frequent high winds. The four lines of reinforcement threads is the key yo longevity!

    Quality Flag

Posted by Scott Mitchell on May 06, 2020

This appears to be a very well made flag. Due to strong Oklahoma winds most flags only seem to last 6 months or so. Based on the quality of this flag I am giving it 5 stars but if it doesn't hold up I'll come back and adjust my rating accordingly.
