Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.
Exactly what I wanted and good quality.
This flag is perfect for the wind condition where we live. I have been buying the same one for years.
Thanks for another new 9/11 annual flag. Great quality construction and colors. It is light weight and very animated in lighter winds. This is flag number 19. All have held up well flying 24 hours a day for a year.
These flags wave with the wind and proudly display my patriotism for the world to see.
Thanks for your excellent product It now flies high in memorial of my Dad
