Heavy Duty Multi-Angle Aluminum Flagpole Bracket

This replaced a bracket that was at least 20 years old. Exact fit to the wider and sturdier brackets they used to make. Looked locally and big box could not find it.

Ordering was very easy and the flagpole bracket arrived very quickly.

I had been having trouble locating this bracket, and with our local flag shop closing up and July 4th only days away, I was in a bind until I found American Flags Express AND the bracket needed! Shipping was fast, the bracket is very sturdy. It is adjustable as to angle and the width of your pole. Recommend.

This base appears to be well made and I liked that it came in black to match our eaves. I also like that it can be adjusted to different angles. I'm hoping it will last, we just installed it a few days ago. The item arrived sooner than expected too😃👍

Overall, the quality of the bracket is nice. The only problem is the carriage bolt lock washer and wingnut that is included is too small. It allows the adjustable half of the bracket to move when mounted - it can be enough that the adjustment stops don't mesh and the pole falls. Also, the carriage bolt is in a round hole so there's nothing to stop it from turning when you tighten it down.

Received timely and as advertised. It's heavy and appears to be well made. Four long screws secures it well to my garage wall exterior facing (the only wood wall available where I need it). I use it in its vertical position but its base is installed rotated on an angle on a wall parallel to, not perpendicular to, the direction of the pole.
