I've been doing business with your over over 10 yrs and have always been very pleased. This is the first time one of the stick flags we received was broken. It was noted that the packaging was different this year and was more flimsy. All the other yrs the flags came in a sm cardboard box and we never had a problem. Would like to see a better packaging system otherwise I've been very happy with your company
