We recommend purchasing double the height or your flagpole. Example: If you have a 25-foot flagpole, you should purchase QTY 50 feet of halyard.
Halyard should be carefully inspected each time the flag is changed or at least once per year. White halyard should be replaced at least every 7 years, colored halyard every 2 to 4 years. It's a lot less expensive to replace halyard before it breaks and a lift truck is required. Halyard life is affected by UV, the number of flags that you fly and your winds.
Soft and good braiding. Much better then the yellow nylon......that I would never use. Getting rid of the rope with the wire inserted in it. Just too stiff......
Makes our flag pole look awesome to match the black pole. Will purchase from them again in the future.
