Add a Half-Staff / Mourning Ribbon
When an official proclamation is made for the American flag to be lowered to half staff, the accepted solution on a wall mounted flag set is to tie a long black ribbon to the top of the flagpole allowing it to drape over the American flag. Our Black Mourning Ribbon is hemmed on all four sides and made with the same fade resistant invista nylon 66 used in our commercial quality Endura-Nylon American flags. Ribbon measures 5' x 2.75" (Actual length is 10 feet, the fabric is folded in half with 2 grommets placed at the top fold for attaching to pole.)

The Avenue Flag Set was originally developed in 2019 and tested for 7 months during some of the worst Wisconsin whether you can imagine, high winds, snow, ice, hail, and more. It has never furled around the flagpole. We're so confident that we're providing you with a live feed video (with audio) so you can check 1 of our test stands day or night. Just received my new flag set up. Great product and easy to put together with new stand. Thought I had a part missing - found it, but before finding called customer service on weekend. They were closed but first thing Monday received a call from a young lady and what a pleasure to do business with. Helpful and understanding - then I found the part where it was supposed to be in the set. Apologized to the young lady, but their service was awesome.

The flag is everything they said it was. It’s a great looking flag and has not tangled once. It’s been up over a man that and we’ve had several windy days. I highly recommend.

Everything is quality-made; the flag, the pole, and the mount. The non-furl design works great on windy days. It's a beautiful flag and pole. Got many compliments. One little critique is the small metal thumbscrew that holds the top of the flag to the pole. It's hard to secure it tight enough, as it's just a little screw that barely makes contact with the aluminum pole. It spins around a little but seems to work fine so far. The thumb screw also feels too small for confident tightening. Thank you, and Glob Bless America. But all in all, it's a great package.
I bought this set to replace a flag set purchased from a big box store that barely made it through the summer. It has been up a few weeks now and in great shape. The flag does not wrap around the pole. The hardware, pole, and flag are of very good quality. It looks beautiful on display. I am very happy with this purchase!
I have had my new pole and flag up for several weeks. It went together quick and I had it mounted on my porch post in about 5 minutes. The metal rings that hold the flag work really well. I do not think the flag will come loose. For fun I tried to install a smaller state flag. The adjustable upper ring bracket can be easily positioned as needed on the pole using just the thumbscrew. Nice feature. We had 40-50 mph gusts last week and the flag never wrapped around the pole. It flew great the whole time. Wish I could post a photo of that. Definitely a quality system.
