Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    High quality

I fly a flag off the back of my jeep for many events and had a reinforced flag that lasted for a couple thousand miles of driving including a lot of interstate driving. But when that started some fairly minor wear I upgraded to this and have roughly 350 miles on it so far and just have some stray thread endss needing to be trimmed as everything tightened but no actual wear.

Hard to fold, the corners are not squared.

Posted by Kimberly on Jul 06, 2017

I appreciate the sturdiness of the flag which is why I ordered the extreme gusty winds. However, when I tried to fold the flag, the corners do not match. I am hoping as it flies in the wind, you won't be able to tell that it is not a true rectangle. In that regard, I am disappointed but I do appreciate the thickness.

    Awesome Flag

Posted by RJB on Jun 28, 2017

It can be very windy down here in South Denver. I wanted a flag that was durable and had stitched stars. The stitching and reinforcement is like no other flag I've ever owned. I won't buy another American Flag from anyone else!

Works Great For Counrry Iowa Winds

Posted by J Johnson on Jun 27, 2017

I live out in the country and needed a flag to withstand Iowas gusty winds. The flagpole I bought came with two flimsy flags and only lasted not even a month. This flag seems to hold up pretty good and looks great. You can just tell the feel of the fabric will withstand the wind alot better than other flags.
