Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    Always Reliable

Ive been ordering flags from you (about 1 a year) for a number of years now. The flag is always delivered quickly. I've always bought the heavy wind flag, but tried the extra reinforced one this time. I'm impressed. If the previous one had the extra reinforcing I wouldn't have had to take it down just before Memorial Day because it started to shred!

    Heavy Duty Product

I live on a mountain-top and can frequently have winds in the 50-60 MPH during storms. Regular flags only hold up for less than 6 months. My hope is that this product with its heavy duty material and stitching will hold up much longer. Shopping experience was great and delivery was fast!

    American Flag 20x30

Posted by Keith on Jun 09, 2017

We fly the American flag at our dealership. The last one we had ripped very quickly in the winds of a thunderstorm. We repaired it and it happened again. Your flag has stood up fine in the short couple of weeks we have flown it. Seems to be a much stronger flag than we had before. Thanks
