Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    Flag order

Posted by TJ Rosandich on May 24, 2017

The flag is excellent. There was some confusion on the shipping (I received three shipping confirmations) but this was promptly corrected when I sent an email. I was billed for and received only one flag so everything is copacetic.

Looking for the sturdiest flag on the market

Posted by Tom on May 24, 2017

Looks very sturdy. We have a flag in a high wind high visitation location that usually lasts 2-3 months. Been using the Tough-Tex flag and we are hoping this flag will hold up longer. If it does hold up longer than 3 months, we will switch out all of our flags to this style.

    High wind flag

Received so quick it took me by surprise. Different material then what I've had before. You can tell from the reinforced stitching at the edge this one is going to last.
