Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

This flag is for the public safety building in the town of Brian Head, 9700feet altitude. The winds can whip For days. The flag will get a workout and be perfect for the location. Thank you for you great service and quality products!

Finally have a great American flag that holds up !!

Posted by Dave on Jul 06, 2021

I have an American flag (3’x5’) mounted on my pick up (even though this manufacturer advises against it , it’s on me , I get it ). Ive went through too many store-bought flags to count. I always bought what I thought were the good ones , all embroidered Stars and Stripes. They never last more than about 3-4 trips. I bought the heavy duty flag from this company about a month ago and not a stitch out of place and I average about 70mph (live in Florida) everyday. I’m not exaggerating. NOT A SINGLE FRAYED STITCH AT ALL. Cost a bit more but I’ve always lived by “u get what u pay for”. I advise everybody that wants a quality flag to buy from this company. Definite quality and they take pride in their work.

We live in a very open area in Iowa. Therefore, we needed a flag that would handle the windy days and storms of our summers. This flag is high quality and has held up well. Service was fast and easy, and I'm proud to do business with this company.

    Durability

Posted by Michael Fuller on Jun 28, 2021

I purchased this flag because I live in Texas in a windy area and the other flags I have tried fell apart and faded out with in a few months. This flag has down 24/7 rain snow sun wind. It lasted a year without facing and got a small tear at 18 months. Just purchased my second one to put out on July 4th

    Great flag!

This flag is very heavy duty and made very well. The best extreme winds flag I've ever seen. Time will tell how well it holds up. I'm pretty sure this flag will outlast all the other extreme wind flag I've bought in the past.
