Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    Reinforced Flag

I purchased this flag for my mother in the past also. We live where there is alot of wind. This flag is nearly a year old & just starting to tear. Other flags which were not reinforced only lasted 3 months. Very worth the money & good quality.

    Top of the Hill Flag

Posted by Unknown on Mar 25, 2020

This Extreme Gusty Wind flag FAR OUTPERFORMS any flag I've flown. We live on the top of a hill in Western Wisconsin and get some serious winds. Most flags don't last 60 days...this one has been flying over 6 months and is still looking GREAT. Thanks for making an awesome flag!

    Colorful and quality material

Posted by Unknown on Jan 29, 2020

I orderd a 5x8 flag for my 25' pole. The first flag I purchased from another company lasted 5 months. The wind beat it up pretty good. I just hoisted the colors two days ago so time will tell. The flag appears to be quailty constructed. The only small complaint I have is the gromets on the flag are small and tight for a commercial pole and its hooking mechanisms. Took at little work to get it latched.
