Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    Poly-Max American Flag

Well made flag, the extra reinforcing on the end of the flag should really help the flag to last. We've only flown the flag a short time, and it's to early to determine the outcome, but it's holding up well to date.

    Poly-Max Extreme

Very heavy, well stitched poly flag. Feels like cotton, but much heavier. Extra stitching on the fly end to keep it strong in high wind. I hope it lasts longer than a year, which is as long as my last nylon lasted.

    Poly-Max Flag Review

Flat looks good new, bright colors, raised embroidery. But they all do new. I live in Texas bright sun and high winds. Much more important review would be after 8 -12 months. It is extra enforced, so we'll see.

flag is much better quality than other flags we have purchased in the past. I am looking forward to seeing how much longer it lasts compared to nylon flags of same size

    Flag lastss great in wind

Posted by Dan Farris on Feb 22, 2025

This is my third 3x5 wind resistant flag and they hold up well because we get lots of wind up to 60mph+. The only drawback is the flag fads after awhile to about the same time that the flag begins to tear from age.
