Ir was a bday gift and he loves it
I bought this flag as a replacement for an earlier purchase. The very high winds we experienced over the year started ripping the end of the flag. I had it repaired by American Flags Express. Their service was quick - I had the flag back within 10 days! This flag is made from the heaviest material available and it certainly feels like it'll withstand a tornado or hurricane! I expect this flag will last quite a while before damage sets in. It does take a stronger wind to get the flag to unfurl and wave than the other flag did, but we get enough wind to make it wave routinely. I'd buy this flag again!
Ordered this flag and an American Flag (same size) to donate to a local restaurant with tattered flags. Thought these might be too large but they look great! Light to medium breezes pick them right up and unfurl them. The restaurant manager loves them and said he's received several compliments on them from veterans who stop and eat there. I'd buy from this company again! I did contact them from their website and received a personal call from the owner, who then arranged to ship the American Flag to me before the Maryland Flag was finished. Both flags arrived in good packaging, no damage to package or flags. Some State Flags, especially larger ones where double stitching on edge seams is requested, take longer to make and get. For me, it was well worth it!
