Heavy Duty American Flags - Better Flags For Earth & Beyond™

Recognized as the most durable of all flag fabrics, our 2-Ply Polyester American flags are your best choice for extreme winds and intense sun. If you are not in a high wind area, we recommend our Endura Nylon American Flag, which is just as fade resistant as our 2-Ply Polyester, but made from 200 denier nylon which flies better in average to high wind conditions.

  • 100% Made in the USA
  • Commercial Quality for Extreme Winds
  • UV Resistant
  • 2-Ply Polyester
  • Reinforced for Wind Damage Resistance
  • Sewn stripes & embrodiered stars
  • Unidirectional Chain Stitch for all horizontal seams (which makes the flag much stronger)
  • Lock Stitch for all edge hems
  • 100% Made Tough in the USA

Double the Life of Your American Flags
If you purchase high quality American flags, 6' x 10' or larger, consider our flag repair service. Eventually all flags wear out but if you return your American flag to us for repairs we may be able to double the life of it. The secret is to send it in at the first signs of wear. More information can be found here on our American Flag Repair Services.

Flying Flags on Vehicles
We highly advise against flying any flag on a vehicle except in slow-moving parades. If you're driving 45 mph into a 15 mph wind the combined effect is 60 mph. On the expressway the combined effect can easily exceed 75 mph, category one hurricane winds! At that speed grommets can fail and flags fly off onto another drivers windshield. Flag life is dependent on many factors when being used on a vehicle. Factors include vehicle turbulence, flag is flown in slipstream or wind shadow and combined vehicle speed and wind speed/heading.

    American Flag

Posted by Gary Hayes on Mar 23, 2016

This flag is awesome, I have a custom flag mount on the tool box of my dodge, that is where I fly the the flag and this is the only flag that has lasted more then a few months. I have been flying it for a while now and only a few strings have came loose! Definitely worth the $50!! Great quality flag!!

EXTRA REINFORCED Poly-Max American Flag (Extreme G

Posted by Ricardo Baez on Mar 21, 2016

I have tried several flag companies that claim to make a high wind, durable flag but they all began to fall apart with in days of installing them. I use a 3x5 American flag on my truck and American Flags Express are the only ones that have gotten it right. This flag has and continues to hold up perfectly even up to 90 mph wind.

    Very nice flag

Posted by Beth on Mar 18, 2016

This flag looks well made and hoping it lasts a lot longer than the other flags I've had through the years. It seems like it's always windy here, so that's why I choose this one to see if paying a little more makes a difference. Waiting to put it up till the weather here gets nicer.

    Good Flag

Seems to be holding up well in New Mexico wind. Surprisingly not too heavy to stay flying on a 80ft flagpole in almost no wind.
